Seating: 8-15 persons maximum boardroom style
Open: 8:00am - 3:00pm
Costs:
1 hour - $190 + GST
1 ½ hours - $220 + GST
2 hours - $250 + GST
for each additional hour - $50 + GST
Whole day - $600 + GST

Conference Room 2: The C. R. Gardner Room

Seating: 20 persons maximum boardroom style
Open: 8am - 8pm
Costs:
1-2 hours - $120 + GST
for each additional hour - $40 + GST
1 full day (9am - 5pm) - $500 + GST

Conference Room 3: The Sir Roden Cutler V.C. Room

Seating: Currently being utilised as a yoga/pilates/meditation room
Open: 8am - 3pm
Costs:
1-2 hours - $120 + GST
for each additional hour - $40 + GST
whole day - $500 + GST
Conference Room 4

Seating: 20 - 70 persons theatre style.
Open: 8am - 3pm
Costs:
1 hour - $190 + GST
1 ½ hours - $220 + GST
2 hours - $250 + GST
for each additional hour - $500 + GST
Whole day - $600 + GST

Catering

Morning tea - coffee, tea & biscuits - $2 + GST per head
Lunch - sandwiches (1 per person), coffee, tea & orange juice - $7 + GST per head
Afternoon tea - coffee, tea & danishes/muffins - $4 + GST per head

All conference rooms are subject to availability and the management reserves the right to alter the bookings. Rooms are set permanently as they are. Any requests for changes will incur and additional cost of $55.
